Expected Order Turnaround
Domestic orders – Please allow up to 3-8 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 business day for processing and 2-7 business days for shipping). This shipping method is trackable and uses the U.S. Postal Service.
International Orders – Please allow up to 7 – 14 business days for your in-stock items to arrive (1 business day for processing and 6-14 business days for shipping). This shipping method is trackable and uses both the U.S. Postal Service.
We use the the United States Postal Service (https://www.usps.com/) to fulfill all customer orders.
Notification of your shipment and any available tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you, as soon as items complete the packing and shipping process. After this information is provided, your shipment will be waiting for the carrier to pick up your package from our facility.
The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products, and your location. We USPS shipping methods to fulfill your order. Before the final checkout page you will be shown the total shipping cost and method of shipping selected.
If an item goes on back order or is out of stock, we will ship you the part of your order that is in stock. We will immediately inform you of any item(s) that need addressed. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. If the item is no longer available we will offer you an equal value store credit or refund you the cost of the item.
Returns and Refunds Policy
How To Return An Item:
Orders are carefully inspected for quality and prepared with proper packaging prior to shipment. We understand mistakes can happen, manufacturers can mess up, carriers can have issues, and even we might make a mistake occasionally.
If for some reason you are not pleased with the order you receive, you are welcome to return most unused/unopened or defective items sold within 30-days from the receipt of your shipment for a prompt refund or replacement. Policy details are subject to change without notice.

What else should I know?
Since we deal with popular collectibles, some merchandise may sell out. If so, we might not be able to send a replacement and will give you a refund instead.
Products must be returned in their entirety (no open packages or cases) in the original condition and packaging (items sent to you in mint condition must be returned in mint condition), in a saleable condition, without any missing parts, and with the invoice (either the original or a copy).
Your form of payment will be credited for the price of the items and any taxes. This credit will not include any original shipping and processing charges, unless the products are damaged when you receive them. Your credit will appear AFTER we receive and processes your returned item, as long as the item meets all criteria stated in this return policy.
Credit card companies vary on the time it take for a refund to appear on your statement. Please allow one to two billing cycles for any refund to show up on your statement. You will be notified when a refund is being processed.
Items without a manufacture defect, that has been opened cannot be returned. These include music, software, and video games.
Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
These items shall be returned with no refund given.
