Marvel (Pop Culture) and Mental Heath: Lets Talk

With the popularity of the WandaVision and now the first four episodes of Falcon and Winter Solider, several online comic/PopCulture commentary sites have taken to talking about the Good, the Bad and the Uncomfortable that these new shows/movies touch on.

One of these sites, ScreenRant, put out an interesting article on the subject of mental heath. Both how Bucky Barnes (POW of 70 years) is dealing (or not) with his own situation, as well as how us “normal” non-Super Solider, non-Comic Book People can also look after our own mental wellbeing (first step: Stay OFF Twitter)
